Sending Smiles Across the Miles

Hope you are doing well in your part of the world. It's been super rainy and cold in my part of country. Here's a fun card I made for my sweet Aunt Ruby in New Mexico. She's not doing well; Parkinson's disease has taken a huge toll on her body.

Here are some previous cards I made for her: here and here. I know she loves receiving cards, so I want to brighten up her day.

This stripes are washi tapes that I've collected. I love washi tape! I love that it is repositionable. The stamp is from Lawn Fawn. The card is very simple. I added Diamond Glaze to the airplane.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Card Ingredients
Stamps: Hello Friend (Lawn Fawn)
Paper: Aqua Mist & white (Papertrey Ink)
Ink: Memories Black
Other: Diamond Glaze (JudiKins), foam tape (3M), washi tapes (The Tinted Mint and Amuse), Copic marker

Such a cute card Anthonette! I have also been collecting pretty Washi tapes from Etsy, so I love seeing new ideas on how to incorporate them in my cardmaking.

Sorry to hear about your Aunt Ruby. I am sure she will get a smile from your beautiful card.

Best wishes,
Sam.
