Thank You

Hi there! Did you notice that I blogged every single day this week? That never happens, but I thought I would give it a shot. I did it!

I made this card last week for a very sweet teacher at school who left us a table of goodies on Valentine's Day in our Parent Involvement Center. We are spoiled at school; teachers and staff are very welcoming. I need to make more cards to have on hand to thank them for their acts of kindness.

This card is also for the Papertrey Ink Make It Mondays #2: Vellum Sentiment Strip challenge. I stamped the thank you sentiment on vellum and embossed it with white embossing powder. I wrapped the edges of the vellum around the pink patterned paper. With a craft knife, I cut tiny slits into the pink paper to add the ribbon. I added the pink layer to the card base with dimensional adhesive.

Thanks for stopping by!
