I decided to make an Adoption Wishes card. I love that PTI is so creative with the sentiments in their stamp sets. I don't know of anyone adopting a baby girl, but I thought my sari-inspired card would make a great baby girl card.
I love Indian food and I love the colors of traditional Indian clothing. In the last week, I was just talking about Indian clothing with fellow PTA moms Sonia and Rehka (Hi, girls!). Rehka and I volunteer and the school's library on Tuesday mornings. Sonia and I help in the Parent Volunteer Room.
Thanks for stopping by!

Great card, Anthonette!! I agree with you India has great colors and yummy food. Have a great day :)
gorgeous take on the challenge Anthonette!
So gorgeous, Anthonette! I love the way you created the sari effect - it beautifully captures the inspiration of this challenge. Just beautiful!
What a great card, Anthonette! I love Indian food, too -- YUM! You're card is just as yummy. :)
Wow, that's so clever! Very cute!!! Love the vibrant Indian colors and the food... one of my FAVE!!
Oh, got a question... you have the Silhouette SD? If yes, have you tried the print and cut feature? How is it? I want one just for that. I have the Klik-n-Kut which does that but the hard way, I'd have to manually mark the four sides using the pen tool and it's a pain. The new machines does it but I don't want to spend $800 on one! I barely use mine :( But I want the print (on my printer) and cut with the Silhouette feature to make hybrid neater to cut. Please let me know if you have a chance! THANKS!!!!
